Maison du Mékong is a limited liability company, with a capital of 13500 euros, registered at the RCS of Nanterre under the number 498 706 712. Its head office is located 45 rue Perronet, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine in France.

It has been registered in June 2007 by two Frenchmen who have lived in Cambodia.

Maison du Mékong sells items that, in their majority, are made by craftsmen in Cambodia and in some countries of the Mekong area (Burma, or Myanmar as it is officially called, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam).

Often unknown, these articles use a great diversity of materials and know-how. Maison du Mékong wishes to help those craftsmen that often lack opportunities to sell their merchandise. Many of these objects are bought straight from the producers, and some of them from non-profit organizations.

Considering the news coming from those countries, especially Cambodia, Maison du Mékong wishes to communicate another outlook over those countries, and transmit their way of life.
